Professional Background
Mr. Rose specializes in personal and commercial insurance. He joined
PSA in 1994, after graduating from Towson State University with a degree
in marketing and finance. He has also earned a Life Underwriter Trainer
Council designation, as well as NASD series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
